Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Midwest Shooting Supply LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the web site, your use of the service, or your connection to the service.
State and Local Laws: You alone are responsible for knowing, following and abiding by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to product and services sold by Midwest Shooting Supply LLC.
Minimum order: There is no minimum order.
Prices: We try to keep our prices as low as possible, however, PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Current market conditions are tight and supplies of shooting and reloading supplies are in high demand. Some prices on items that are largely commodity based (E.G. lead or copper bullets) change almost daily. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items in order try to help all our customers.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover on phone orders, website orders, or mail orders. There is no charge added for credit card orders. You must provide your name, address, day time phone number, credit card number and expiration date. All cards are cleared by bank transfer before the order is sent. We will accept your personal check or money order, however the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared your bank.
C.O.D. ORDERS: We will ship COD orders. Please note that the major carriers will no longer accept cash. You will need to provide certified check or money order from your bank. Additional C.O.D. charges apply and will be paid by the customer.
Sales Tax: Iowa Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all orders from Iowa.
International Orders: At this time, we can not accept international orders. Only orders from the United States will be processed.
Restricted Items: Some states do not allow mail order shipments of certain items. For example, we can not ship high capacity magazines to California. If it is illegal for you to order certain items in your area, please do not order these items.
Special Orders: It is our goal to satisfy all of your shooting needs even if the item you're looking for is not on our web site. We will make every effort to obtain the merchandise you are looking for at the lowest possible price. To make this process as smooth as possible, please contact us at sales@midwestshootingsupplyllc.com. Please provide us with your name, email address, phone number (and best time to call), description of the item, manufacturer, model number, color/style, options, and quantity. Once this information is received we will contact you within 24-48 hours with availability and price. We will require a 25% deposit before we order. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all special order returns.
Backorders: Given current market conditions, we are unable to guarantee backorders. We simply can not guarantee future availability of some products. We will do our best to fill each request, but retain the right to cancel any backorder.
Purchasing Firearms Online
Steps to Purchase
- Select and purchase the firearm you would like via this web site and make payment to us (see Payment Methods above).
- Make arrangements with an FFL dealer in your state to do the transfer. According to Federal Law, we can only ship to another FFL dealer. The dealer may charge a transfer fee for this service. The fee charged is your responsibility and will need to be negotiated between you and your dealer. To find a list of FFL dealers in your area, please click here.
- Have them mail (Midwest Shooting Supply LLC, 330 Partridge Ave, Marion, IA 52302) or email (sales@midwestshootingsupplyllc.com) us a copy of their FFL.
- Once we have recieved and have verified the dealer's FFL, we will ship the firearm to them. We will notify you of the shipping date and estimated time of arrival. Long guns are typically shipped UPS Ground, while handguns are typically shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
- If you are a resident of the State of Iowa, we can transfer the firearm directly to you at our store. Please email or call for an appointment.
Shipping
Shipping Charges: Prices DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. We ship UPS, FEDEX, AND USPS to the Shipping Address on your order form. Shipping rates for standard items are listed in the below table. Please see the Fireamrs and Hazardous Materials sections below for shipping information on these items.

Firearms: We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for each firearm, regardless of price. This covers the additional shipping charges required by the carriers. The amount paid for a firearm will not be used to calculate any of the shipping charges listed above. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer and require an adult signature.
Hazardous Materials:
Items such as powder and primers require an additional $25.00 Hazardous Material fee. You may ship up to 50lbs per box
of powder and primers mixed together. If you order more than 50lbs of powders and primers mixed, an second $25.00 fee
will be incurred for up to 50lbs in an additional box. You may wish to order all you can to reduce your cost per unit.
Ammunition only requires hazardous shipping charges when shipped Air Service. There is no Hazardous Material Charge when shipping Ammunition Ground Service.
If you choose to have an order for ammunition shipped by UPS Next Day Air , 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select, there will be a $32.50 Hazardous Materials Handling Fee.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We gladly ship non-restricted items to these states. We are unable to ship restricted items such as ammuniton and items considered Hazardous Materials (powder, primers).
Shortages and Damaged Items: You must report any shortages or damaged items to us within 10 days of receipt of the package or you have waived your right to an adjustment or refund. Please, check your orders when they come in and contact us. We will help you.
Returns
Returns: We will accept returns with a valid sales receipt within 30 days of your order. We can not accept returns on firearms, ammunition, or hazardous materials due to safety concerns. If your firearm is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or exchange it. After 30 days, we will gladly assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
